I had the wonderful opportunity to intern at this unique and fun event venue for their 2021 event season (May-December). I connected many learning opportunities to it from my corresponding intern class at Grand Valley.  I started out as an intern and in August I moved to the position of Event Assistant.  It was a joy to work alongside the owner, as she gave me so much guidance. We made a great team ensuring that people's visions came true for their events. The pictures below outline several of the things I took part in or did on my own at District 5 Schoolhouse.
