As part of my Hospitality Marketing course (HTM 452) at Grand Valley State University, we spent the semester putting together research surveys for visitor bureaus across the state. My team worked with the Western Upper Peninsula Visitor's Bureau. We created a research survey that the bureau sent out to everyone on their email list.  Then we compiled all our research into the presentation below to give to the Western U.P. Visitor Bureau team for them to utilize.
